Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in backend development, with a proven track record of successful projects, and a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Proficiency: Strong understanding of PHP and Java, and extensive experience with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), as well as cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with at least one PHP web framework, such as Laravel, and a strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Databases: Strong experience with MySQL and other database technologies, and a strong understanding of data modeling and database design.
- Leadership: Ability to lead projects independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset, and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
