We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot, and extensive experience in designing and building complex microservices. You will play a critical role in developing robust REST APIs and working with Azure services, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot, creating and implementing RESTful APIs to support various client applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, managing and optimizing messaging services using Azure Service Bus, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, troubleshooting and debugging applications, implementing solutions as needed, and mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices in software development. The mandatory skills include 10-15+ years of experience in Java development, strong expertise in Spring Boot framework, 10+ years of experience in developing complex microservices, proficiency in designing and developing REST APIs, extensive experience with Azure, particularly Azure Service Bus, and excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Preferred skills include experience with Azure Cosmos DB.
