Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Turner Construction. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage the construction process, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems and issues that arise during the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, including compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Budgeting: Manage and control project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project costs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identify and resolve complex problems and issues.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as LEED AP or OSHA 30, is highly desirable.
