Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • RFI and Submittal Management: Complete RFIs and submittals for projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Pre-Construction Initiatives: Assist with pre-construction initiatives, including site visits and project management meetings.
  • Communication: Attend project management and owner meetings, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks as required, including supporting the project team with administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software, with experience in project coordination and management.
