About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • RFI and Submittal Management: Prepare and submit RFIs and submittals to ensure that all necessary information is provided to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Pre-Construction Initiatives: Assist with pre-construction initiatives, including site visits, meetings with clients, and coordination with other departments.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the project management plan.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software, with experience in project management tools and techniques.
