As a Customer Support Center Representative (CSPR), you will serve as the friendly voice of our organization, fostering positive connections with our Credit Union members while assisting them via phone, text, and email.


Key Responsibilities:

Your primary duties will include:
Providing exceptional service to our members by showcasing empathy, precision, promptness, and problem-solving abilities.

Offering general information regarding our Credit Union services.

Handling incoming calls and meeting established performance standards.

Investigating and resolving member account issues.

Executing a variety of member-initiated transactions.

Documenting accurate case notes of member interactions and call histories.

Collaborating and communicating effectively with team members.


Exemplifying our core values of Honesty and Integrity, Respect and Dignity, Growth and Performance, and Improvement and Accountability in your professional conduct.


Qualifications:

Before submitting your application, ensure you possess:
A High School Diploma or GED.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The capacity to maintain confidentiality regarding Credit Union records.

Additionally, please indicate in your application if you have:

Knowledge of the Financial Sector.

Previous experience in a Customer Service capacity.


This position will also necessitate certain physical capabilities, including the ability to sit for extended periods, lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies, reach for keyboards, and operate basic office equipment.

You must meet the eligibility criteria for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to secure employment.
