Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivating Retail Manager to guide, mentor, and cultivate our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational objectives.

Ideal candidates should have robust leadership, coaching, and business management abilities developed in a high-energy retail environment.

Joining our team provides a unique opportunity to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your own retail space.

You will take full ownership of crafting and executing a versatile business strategy aimed at attracting and retaining customers through targeted initiatives, impactful in-store events, outstanding customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management or assistant retail management, preferably in cosmetics
  • Ability to deliver inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous experience in business strategy, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Prior experience in retail operations, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Demonstrated capability to lead a team to meet sales and customer service goals
  • Experience in organizing and executing in-store events
  • Willingness to work varied retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; candidates must demonstrate the right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview
  • Anticipated Base Salary Range: $49,000 to $91,000 (dependent on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). Additionally, The Estée Lauder Companies offer a range of benefits to eligible employees, such as health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability coverage, retirement savings options, paid leave structures, educational initiatives, paid holidays, and vacation time.
