Your Role:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the success of our store by assisting the Store Manager in various key areas:
  • Sales Growth: Collaborate on innovative strategies to enhance store performance and drive sales.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and guide a team of Associates, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in the sales floor, backroom, and cash office.

  • Loss Prevention: Monitor and implement programs to safeguard company assets.

Who We Seek:

  • A minimum of two years of leadership experience in a retail setting.

  • Experience in handling a store with significant volume.

Compensation:
This position is eligible for bonuses and overtime, with a competitive hourly wage range based on experience and qualifications.
