Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management or assistant retail management, preferably in cosmetics
  • Ability to deliver inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous involvement in business strategy, including establishing sales and customer service goals, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Prior experience in retail operations, encompassing inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Demonstrated capability to lead a team in achieving sales and customer service targets
  • Experience in organizing and executing in-store events
  • Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; candidates must demonstrate the right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview
  • Anticipated Base Salary Range: $49,000 to $91,000 (dependent on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). Furthermore, The Estée Lauder Companies offer a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability coverage, retirement savings options, paid leave structures, educational initiatives, paid holidays, and vacation time.
