* Evaluate and manage patient care
* Coordinate care and provide continuity of care
* Obtain thorough social and health histories
* Perform physical exams and document patient encounters
* Issue medication prescriptions and create treatment plans
* Contribute to physician effectiveness by identifying patient care issues and recommending options
* Articulate treatment plans with empathy and comply with medical care regulations
* Perform therapeutic procedures, including injections
* Participate in performance improvement, research, and educational activities

**Requirements:**

* Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York State
* Current NCCPA Certification, preferred
* Current BLS certification
* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
* Ability to balance high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with EHR and basic computer skills
