JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our asset management strategies through effective maintenance methodologies. This role involves coordinating maintenance evaluations and initiatives aimed at operational improvements. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Master Data processes and the specifications related to Technical Objects, along with expertise in Asset Management or CMMS tools such as SAP and Maximo.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Enhance and refine maintenance activities, including the development of Task Lists and Maintenance Strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret engineering data to construct a comprehensive Asset Hierarchy.
  • Utilize optimization techniques to enhance maintenance planning.
  • Create detailed Work Instructions and Task Lists for various equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Maintenance Development processes.
  • Formulate Maintenance Procedures that align with industry standards.
  • Conduct assessments to determine the criticality of equipment and spare parts.
  • Engage in client workshops and review sessions to align on maintenance strategies.
  • Identify necessary spare parts for Maintenance Strategies and maintain an organized Spare Parts catalog.
  • Participate in studies focused on equipment reliability.
  • Provide technical oversight and perform analysis on Maintenance Data.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and analytical reports.
  • Employ failure analysis techniques to identify root causes of issues.
  • Conduct assessments of Work Management practices using data analytics.
  • Generate technical reports and facilitate lessons learned discussions.
  • Travel as required to various client sites, including offshore and onshore facilities.
  • Define technical requirements for Maintenance projects.
  • Establish governance protocols for managing technical data.
  • Oversee the compilation of deliverables for client handover.
  • Coordinate tasks across the development team to ensure efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives for change management and process optimization.
  • Deliver training sessions focused on maintenance, reliability, and work management.
  • Develop work schedules and strategies for executing shutdowns.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, complemented by site-based experience.
  • MSRP Certification is a plus.

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management and project execution.
  • Experience in the development and updating of maintenance data.
  • Familiarity with Maintenance and Spares Master Data.
  • Experience in big data analytics and machine learning applications.
  • A proven track record of managing both offshore and onshore asset equipment.
  • Knowledge of process safety and equipment safety systems.
  • Experience in team leadership and supervision.
Job-Specific Skills
  • Understanding of reliability and maintenance processes.
  • Functional and technical expertise in CMMS and Master Data Objects.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including data analytics and database management.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and lean methodologies.
  • Awareness of local maintenance requirements and risk management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with OREDA, API, and OSHA standards.
