JOB DESCRIPTION

Contribute to the enhancement of asset maintenance frameworks, facilitate and assist in maintenance evaluations and initiatives aimed at improvement. Proficient in formulating technical maintenance strategies and possessing expertise in Master Data processes and specifications of Technical Assets. Extensive knowledge in the configuration of Asset Management or CMMS tools such as SAP, Maximo, and similar platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creation and refinement of maintenance activities, including Task Lists and Maintenance Strategies
  • Analysis and interpretation of engineering data for the establishment of Asset Hierarchy
  • Utilize optimization techniques for maintenance schedules
  • Draft comprehensive Work Instructions and Task Lists for machinery
  • Ongoing enhancement of Maintenance Development methodologies
  • Formulate Maintenance Procedures
  • Execute equipment and Spare Parts Criticality Assessments
  • Engage in client workshops and evaluations
  • Identify Spare Parts for Maintenance Strategies and catalog Spare Components
  • Partake in studies related to equipment reliability
  • Provide Technical oversight and perform Maintenance Data analysis
  • Assist in the creation of project documentation and analytical reports
  • Implement failure analysis methodologies
  • Conduct Work Management evaluations using data analytics techniques
  • Generate technical reports and conduct lessons learned sessions
  • Travel to client locations as necessary
  • Define technical requirements for Maintenance projects
  • Establish governance for the management of technical data
  • Coordinate deliverables for client handover
  • Manage assignments across the development team
  • Lead change management and process implementation initiatives
  • Deliver training in maintenance, reliability, and work management
  • Develop work schedules and shutdown execution plans
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with practical experience
  • MSRP Certification is a plus

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management and projects
  • Experience in the development and updating of maintenance data
  • Familiarity with Maintenance and Spares Master Data
  • Experience in big data analytics and machine learning applications
  • Proven experience with both offshore and onshore asset equipment
  • Understanding of process safety and equipment safety systems
  • Experience in team leadership and supervision
Job-Specific Skills
  • Expertise in reliability and maintenance processes
  • Functional and technical knowledge of CMMS and Master Data Objects
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including data analytics and database management
  • Application knowledge of process mapping and lean methodologies
  • Familiarity with local maintenance regulations and risk management programs
  • Knowledge of OREDA, API, and OSHA standards
