We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Service Supervisor to join our team at Westdale Asset Management. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities on our 208-unit apartment community in Houston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability for all maintenance operations on the property while working within the planned maintenance budget.
- Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues for vacant and occupied units.
- Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local law.
- Performing any additional duties assigned by Community Manager or Regional Director.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
- Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
- Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on every other weekend for emergencies.
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) a plus.
