- Sales and Business Development:
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the winches, cranes, and hoists industry.
- Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of deals and closing sales to meet or surpass objectives.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to fulfill company objectives and enhance market presence.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture robust relationships with clients, comprehending their requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and technical assistance to clients, aiding them in selecting the appropriate equipment for their needs.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Remain informed about industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing and terms with clients, and finalize sales.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management within the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback to management.
- Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in the winches, cranes, hoists, or related industrial equipment sectors.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of winches, cranes, and hoists, including their applications and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and participate in industry events.
