KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist technicians with logistics for parts and tools throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with parts and tools suppliers to ensure timely resupply for technicians.
- Conduct quality checks on assigned inbound and outbound repair order parts.
- Engage with regional teams and business leaders to enhance van utilization and technician productivity.
- Perform entry-level service tasks on fleet vehicles under the supervision of experienced technicians.
- Transport vehicles to and from customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records on RepairSmith Fleet to guarantee proper vehicle upkeep.
- Prior experience as a driver or porter is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capability to operate Sprinter, Transit, Ram ProMaster, or Freightliner step vans.
- Possession of a clean and valid driver's license.
- Genuine interest in automotive repairs and customer service.
- Willingness to work during late shifts.
- Demonstrated adaptability to changes in procedures and job responsibilities.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.
