Position Overview:

The Property Community Coordinator will demonstrate a successful history of overseeing multifamily housing units, including government-assisted properties, leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills and a constructive demeanor.


Supervision and Leadership:

Directly manage the on-site personnel to guarantee adherence to all organizational policies and procedures.


Reporting Responsibilities:

Generate precise and timely reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, and as needed) that outline cash flow, budget discrepancies, market analyses, and strategic initiatives.


Financial Management:

Assist in the formulation of annual financial plans and ensure their execution, including expense management and the attainment of organizational objectives, such as revenue growth, occupancy rates, community programs, and other facets of the Foundation's mission.


Capital Project Oversight:

Collaborate with the Regional Manager and corporate team to evaluate and inspect all capital improvement plans, ensuring compliance with the approved budget.


Market Analysis:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local housing market and competitors, developing customized marketing strategies and plans.


Vendor Coordination:

Solicit proposals and negotiate terms with service providers.


Resident Engagement:

Guide the on-site team in delivering outstanding customer service.


Community Services:

Oversee and assess the monthly schedule of community service activities, ensuring alignment with the AHF mission.


Legal Oversight:

Lead the on-site team in managing evictions and other routine legal matters.


Compliance and Fair Housing:

Stay informed about federal and state legal updates relevant to our operations, including Fair Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and Americans with Disabilities Act, and assist in ensuring compliance.


Process Enhancement:

Support ongoing process enhancements, including updates to policies and procedures.


Staff Performance and Compensation:

Evaluate employee performance and recommend (or approve as necessary) compensation adjustments.


Property Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections of the property (both scheduled and unscheduled) to ensure the community's marketability, both inside and out.
