Position Overview

Job Title: Regional Property Supervisor

The Regional Property Supervisor is tasked with managing the operations of several residential communities within a specified area. Key responsibilities include:

This role requires ensuring that all properties adhere to established budgets and objectives. Responsibilities encompass:

  • Grasping the company's organizational framework and its implications for property oversight
  • Collaborating with diverse teams and departments to enhance property performance

Moreover, Regional Property Supervisors are accountable for managing the financial, operational, and administrative duties across multiple properties.

Supervisory Duties

Overseeing onsite management and maintenance personnel at designated properties.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

Regional Property Supervisors divide their time between the corporate headquarters and performing onsite evaluations. They may also engage in construction-related activities and are required to travel frequently.
