A college degree is preferred, and a CPM designation is advantageous but not mandatory. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required, along with proof of automobile insurance coverage. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is essential.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in computer applications, with strong verbal, mathematical, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and sales capabilities.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Effective time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining composure under pressure.
