Job Title: Global Customer Account Manager II
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Account Manager II to join our team at AIT Worldwide Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's relationships with consumers and other businesses, developing and leading key accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain key accounts
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer service
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on customer interactions and sales performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience in freight forwarding operations, account management, or sales experience in the supply chain industry
- Advanced understanding of air and ocean imports and exports
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
