As a respected leader and trusted advisor to clients within the Financial Services industry, you will leverage your experience to transform Financial Services organizations, working across the C-suite to capitalize on disruption, enable competitiveness, and drive growth and profitability via continuous innovation.

The Role:

Lead the day-to-day execution of consulting projects and ensure successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement, including:

  • Project planning and process management, communicating progress to clients and A&M leadership
  • Driving development of content, either directly or by providing guidance to the consulting team
  • Managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing project scope and maintaining an acceptable pace of work
  • Managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization
  • Leading senior client presentations and meetings
  • Contributing to other A&M projects, sharing expertise or best practices
  • Contributing to the development of intellectual property within the Financial Services practice
  • Contributing to business development efforts, including proposal documents and pitch presentations
  • Engaging with Financial Services macro industry trends, competitive dynamics, and disruptors
  • Providing mentorship and coaching to Managers, Consultants, and Analysts
Requirements:

Minimum 8 years strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm supporting Asset and Wealth Management, Exchanges, Asset Servicing, FS Data Providers, Insurance, and Reinsurance, with one or more of the following areas:

  • Growth Strategy and Business Model Transformation
  • Performance Improvement/Cost Re-engineering
  • Transaction support (due diligence, post-merger integration, 100-day plans, carve-out, divesture, etc.)
  • Pricing and Revenue Optimization
  • Data, Platform, and Technology Modernization
  • Innovation, Data & Analytics, Digital, and AI

Outstanding problem-solving acumen, leveraging strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and proven ability to derive insights from large volumes of unstructured information to solve complex, ambiguous problems.

Proven experience leading projects and/or teams, exceptional Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills, and a Bachelor's Degree.

Bonus points for leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, an MBA or advanced degree, and engagement in business, practice, and people development.
