Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Washington RN licensure required.
- Minimum 1 year of recent and continuous critical care experience or 3 years in an acute care setting with 400 hours in a critical care unit within the previous year.
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
- Competitive hourly compensation rate.
