Critical Care Resource Team RN Fellowship

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care Resource Team as part of our 2024 Nurse Fellowship Program.

About the Program

This 3-month fellowship program is designed for experienced RNs looking to transition into Critical Care Nursing. The program includes classroom education and one-on-one preceptorship on the floor, providing a comprehensive learning experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Critical Care environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Current Washington RN licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification within 6 months
  • Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 12 months
