About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Resource Team at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and lab results
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Current Washington RN licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
  • Minimum of 1 year or more of continuous recent medical or surgical intensive care experience
  • Trauma Core Curriculum (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 12 months of hire
  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification within 6 months of hire
