We are in search of a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead a pivotal initiative that supports the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) in the realm of Critical Infrastructure Risk Analysis. This position entails the management of a diverse team of professionals and subcontractors tasked with:

  • Executing data analytics, encompassing enterprise and technical architecture, systems engineering, and technical support.
  • Conducting comprehensive risk assessments, including cyber and infrastructure evaluations, along with incident response strategies.
  • Aligning operational requirements, capabilities, and data to effectively identify and mitigate risks to critical infrastructure.
  • Assessing systems and assets to uncover risks that may lead to cascading effects.
  • Providing strategic planning support, including program management and oversight.
  • Engaging in analytical writing and data visualization efforts.
  • Facilitating responses to potential workload surges arising from evolving risk management initiatives within the CISA and NRMC mission framework.

The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving these initiatives to bolster the NRMC's mission effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data analytics efforts, focusing on enterprise and technical architecture, systems engineering, and technical assistance.
  • Perform risk evaluations, including cyber and infrastructure assessments, and incident response planning.
  • Coordinate requirements, capabilities, and data relevant to the NRMC to understand and mitigate risks to critical infrastructure.
  • Review and analyze systems and assets to identify potential risks with cascading impacts.
  • Provide planning support, including strategic planning and program management.
  • Engage in analytical writing and data visualization.
  • Support potential workload fluctuations due to new and updated risk management initiatives that align with the evolving CISA and NRMC mission framework.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing large teams, including subcontractors.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
  • Experience leading programs focused on information sharing across both private and public sectors, with a proven ability to navigate fast-paced environments and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Implementation of process methodologies for analytical programs at agency or corporate levels.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience with a Master's degree (MA/MS) or fifteen (15) years of experience without a Master's degree.
  • Possession and maintenance of a Top Secret (TS) Clearance.
  • Availability for communication during standard business hours and responsiveness to technical issues within 24 hours of notification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in project management supporting National Security missions.
  • Familiarity with NRMC and/or critical infrastructure protection initiatives.
