  • Knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and systems.
  • Knowledge of supervision, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Knowledge of budget administration and municipal purchasing methods.
  • Knowledge of research, project analysis, and report preparation.
  • Knowledge of English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts and customer service practices.
