At John Scott House Rehab & Nursing Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
About the Role:
- Administer medications and ensure proper care delivery to residents.
- Assess residents and collaborate with physicians on treatment plans.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for resident safety and well-being.
- Maintain a safe environment for residents and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid, unencumbered RN or LPN state license and current CPR certification.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
