Medical Care Specialist for Seniors and Complex Needs

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs.

About the RoleThis full-time Nurse Practitioner position requires a licensed NP with a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and current certifications. You will be responsible for examining and treating chronic and urgent illnesses, performing diagnostic procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities- Perform evidence-based medical care by planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and perform diagnostic procedures as needed
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid state NP license
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- An active DEA license
- At least two years of experience as a nurse practitioner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
