Nurse Practitioner

Gifford has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Behavioral Health Team.
The Incumbent would provide continuous and comprehensive services which promote optimal mental health, prevention and treatment of psychiatric disorders. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with our Behavioral Health Team as well as work closely with our Primary Care Division. The NP will provide patient evaluation and determine a differential diagnosis and a plan for treatment intervention.
