POSITION TITLE

HR Administrative Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performing general office tasks
  • Document scanning and organization
  • Filing and maintaining records
  • Executing office errands as required
  • Managing invoice organization
  • Providing clerical support to the HR department as needed
  • Participating in cross-training for various roles, including Receptionist
  • Assuming additional responsibilities as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening
