Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunt and acquire new business while managing a high-level existing book of business
  • Cold call, email, and qualify clients that fit our network
  • Lead generation from various sources to gain market share
  • Represent the account and handle escalations, while delegating day-to-day tasks
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior management for high-level objectives
  • Hold monthly or weekly continuous improvement calls and strategy sessions with the account management team and clients
  • Provide direction and management to direct reports, set KPIs, and guide daily operational tasks
  • Offer real-time coaching on operations, quoting, and client communication
  • Coach operational teams on daily tasks and execution of account management
Expectations:
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 outbound calls daily
  • Meet minimum acceptable load count, monthly GP, and CRM activities as set by management
  • Exemplify Circle's commitment to "No Fail Service" by reducing preventable bouncing and giving loads back
  • Achieve daily goal accomplishments as set by management while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
Advancement Requirements:
  • Experience in an Account Management position
  • Completion of internal Circle Leadership Training
  • Consistent execution of role expectations
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • 4-Year College Degree or similar experience
