Business Development Coordinator

The Law Offices of Hall & Copetas is seeking a skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our legal staff and contribute to the growth of our law firm.
As a Business Development Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include making outgoing calls to potential new clients, entering information into our case management software, scheduling callback times with legal staff, sorting and scanning daily mail, and utilizing NEOS case management software.
We are looking for individuals with an interest in the legal profession who are eager to learn and grow with our company. Depending on aptitude, those with an interest may be trained in paralegal roles, medical case management, and litigation support in PA and WV venues.
The salary for this position is estimated to be $13-$16 per hour, based on experience, with the possibility of advancement and increased compensation.
