Job Summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process payments, handle room assignments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed assistance to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
