Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests, handle room assignments, and ensure accurate billing
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, messages, and guest requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software
