Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Biller to join our team at Washington Physician Services Org. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely medical billing to all carriers, as well as providing exceptional customer service to patients and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Billing: Prepare and submit accurate and complete medical bills to all carriers in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with third-party billing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Respond to phone calls and emails from patients and practices regarding billing questions and concerns.
  • Follow-up and Resolution: Perform follow-up on unpaid claims and patient balances, and work with patients and practices to resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical billing software and systems, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, practices, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
