  • Develop cost estimates that align with client needs and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • A 2-year or 4-year degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Preferred background in residential and commercial service industries.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using smartphones and computers, including Google Suite and Windows Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a broad perspective while managing details.
  • Flexibility, organization, and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
  • Experience in drafting large-scale estimates and managing projects as needed.
  • Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Professional demeanor, characterized by tact, respect, and assertiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet urgent deadlines.
  • Possession of a valid and current driver's license.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
