About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Endeavor Air. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft, components, and equipment to ensure airworthiness and safety standards.
  • Determine the airworthiness of aircraft and components, adhering to established procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Service and inspect aircraft, components, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Operate and inspect powered and non-powered ground equipment to support maintenance operations.
  • Perform structural repair, inspection, and identification to prevent and repair damage.
  • Complete accurate and timely maintenance forms entries and data entries into the Maintenance Data System.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrate a high level of focus on customer service and adhere to Endeavor Air's Code of Conduct in all business dealings and decisions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanics license.
  • Professional work experience in aviation maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to travel internationally, with a valid passport required within 3 months of hire.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Valid driver's license and insurability under company insurance coverage.
Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role requires working at the airport, outstations, and various repair material vendors. You will be required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary. The physical demands of this role include pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, and electronic equipment not exceeding 50 lbs.

FLSA Status

This role is classified as Hourly.

Minimum Position Pay Range

The minimum hourly pay range for this position is USD $30.80/Hr.

Maximum Position Pay Range

The maximum hourly pay range for this position is USD $40.10/Hr.
