Overview
As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, modifying, and repairing aircraft at our maintenance facility. You will troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs on company aircraft while providing mentorship to junior mechanics on fundamental tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs on company aircraft.
- Conduct aircraft inspections in accordance with company protocols.
- Utilize electronic testing equipment, including voltage and amperage measuring devices, and navigate troubleshooting tools effectively.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical orders with proficiency.
- Assist in the maintenance of company tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with contract maintenance personnel as part of a cohesive team.
- Adhere to safety protocols, maintain cleanliness standards, and practice good shop habits.
- Report discrepancies identified during inspections to the Maintenance Control department and follow directives for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ensure accurate completion of all aircraft documentation in compliance with company and FAA regulations prior to aircraft departure.
- Mentor entry-level mechanics in basic tasks.
- Organize daily responsibilities and coordinate aircraft inspections and repairs.
- Conduct manual and aircraft parts inventories as needed.
- Support other departments to ensure timely departures of company aircraft.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-5 years of experience in transport category aircraft maintenance, preferably with Boeing series aircraft (737 or 777 experience with RII authorization is a plus).
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Microsoft software and digital manuals.
- Excellent work ethic and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift parts and equipment.
- Willingness to work rotating schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid passport and be open to occasional travel for AOG recovery and special projects.
