We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cannabis Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and administration of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Program.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and expertise in BSA/AML/OFAC compliance, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our Relationship Managers to ensure seamless compliance across all cannabis-related business operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining current awareness of regulatory requirements and making recommendations for updates to CU1 policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Collaborating with CRB Relationship Managers on BSA/AML/OFAC topics to ensure consistency with industry best practices and regulatory guidance.
  • Preparing and filing Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and other required regulatory reports.
  • Assisting with reviews, edits, and analysis of daily reportable cash transaction activity.
  • Maintaining written policies and procedures to ensure CRB's Program remains compliant with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
