About the Role

Transdev is seeking a highly skilled Onboarding & Implementation Lead to manage the onboarding, implementation, training, and support of our key operational systems. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple onboarding and implementations projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement training materials, guides, standard operating procedures, checklists, and curriculum to support new users during the implementation period.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical product issues, test new features, and communicate updates to Transdev locations.
  • Work with Transdev locations to identify and configure specific business rules for contractual and legal compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, technical implementation, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,500 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, Transdev offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
