Vensure Employer Services is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and professionalism to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering policy information.
  • Build relationships with clients to establish trust and maintain retention and product loyalty.
  • Follow up on leads generated from inbound calls and non-renewal leads to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, including policy quotes and rewrites.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, billing, and updates.
  • Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Must have a Florida 4-40 License.
  • 2-20 License is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
