Job Overview

This is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative support to our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors to the office and respond to general phone calls or forward them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Coordinate all incoming calls, provide essential information to clients and referral sources as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a list of potential clients.
  • Schedule intake assessments.
  • Communicate daily with our clinical team.
  • Prepare reports on potential client engagement.
  • Perform various administrative tasks and duties assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience working in an administrative capacity, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
