About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at WeWork. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including mail and package handling, key card management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with building operations and management, including monitoring the space, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting the Community Management team.
  • Develop relationships with members and guests, learning their names and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Stay up-to-date on WeWork products and services, promoting them to members and guests as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in WeWork systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred.
