Front Desk Associate

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional concierge services to our residential properties, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized concierge services, including scheduling transportation, making dining reservations, and handling mail holds.
- Assist with deliverable services, such as dry cleaning, faxing, and copying.
- Project a professional image and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Respond to resident complaints, questions, and concerns in a prompt and positive manner.
- Communicate effectively with other front desk associates and management team members.
- Two years of prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Some higher education or vocational training in the hospitality industry desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
