Job Description

Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Mid Atlantic region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
