Key Duties Include:

  • Acting as the subject matter expert on Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Leading the design, development, and execution of Lean Six Sigma projects and programs.
  • Mentoring and coaching Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and Green Belts within the organization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive Lean Six Sigma project pipeline to drive ongoing enhancements.
  • Analyzing and mapping current processes to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas ripe for improvement.

  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of process improvements.
  • Partnering with technology, data, market, and engineering teams to integrate technology-enabled solutions for improved efficiency.
  • Aligning Lean Six Sigma initiatives with the overarching global services strategy and operational goals.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to standardize and harmonize processes across the organization's global operations.
  • Formulating and executing change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of operational enhancements.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to articulate and communicate the vision for operational excellence.
  • Establishing best practices, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing platforms to scale successful initiatives.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in significant initiatives that define the long-term data strategy and vision to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and a customer-centric approach while driving alignment across product features, business strategies, and operational goals.
  • Managing strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and identifying customer requirements through data analysis, customer feedback, and user research.
  • Overseeing multiple projects, including planning, prioritization, and task delegation, while collaborating closely with data engineers and scientists throughout product launches.
