**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process Engineering:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and procedures.
    • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
    • Facilitate process improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes.
  • Change Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
    • Anticipate and address resistance to change, providing support and guidance to individuals and teams.
    • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive organizational alignment and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Business Readiness:
    • Assess organizational readiness for change initiatives, including technology, people, and process capabilities.
    • Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may impact business operations.
    • Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure resilience and minimize disruptions.
    • Provide guidance and support to business leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in process improvement and change management, working directly with clients to identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-ready deliverables.
  • Previous experience managing multiple workstreams as a member or leader on change projects, ensuring the readiness of the client organization(s) for a variety of changes.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with change management frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Consulting, client servicing, and/or advisory experience.
  • Grid Operations Operational Technology experience highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools.

**Benefits:**

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Target base salary range of $115,000 - $166,099.
  • Performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
