Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading biopharmaceutical company that is transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, OpEx and Process Optimization to join our Global Patient Operations team.

About the Role

The Senior Manager, OpEx and Process Optimization will be responsible for leading transformative change and strategic initiatives across Global Patient Operations functions. This role will have visibility and impact across all processes within GPO and interface closely with functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead medium and long-term initiatives that drive transformative change in our commercial and clinical operations processes
  • Execute multiple projects of moderate complexity by leading cross-functional teams individually or with the help of a program manager
  • Identify, create, refine, and post-implementation audit of business cases impacted by process improvement initiatives
  • Integrate technical, business, and customer information to generate novel and differentiated solutions and concepts
  • Critically evaluate Global Patient Operations processes and operational data to determine effectiveness of tools, processes, and systems
Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in an engineering, supply chain, process improvement, lean, or operations excellence type role
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g. pharma, medical device, aviation)
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, supply chain or operations
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies, Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred but not required
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methods, CAPM or PMP certifications preferred but not required
  • Experience utilizing a combination of analytical, empirical, computational, and statistical methods to gain deep understanding of internal processes
  • Demonstrated learning agility on new subject matter
  • Experience in managing ambiguity and ability to act as a change protagonist

Bristol Myers Squibb offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary range of $114,000 - $144,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
