Job Title: Regional Account Manager, Retail

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is a leading manufacturer of fiber cement home siding and exterior design solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager, Retail to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Regional Account Manager, Retail will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the retail channel. This role will require strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the retail channel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail customers and internal teams
  • Provide training and support to outside sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Manage and prioritize a schedule to ensure effective use of time and resources
  • Attend customer events and meetings to build relationships and drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a high-touch sales environment
  • Strong leadership and training experience
  • Proven track record of developing, engaging, and recognizing talent and delivering results
  • Effective performance management skills
  • Ability to communicate and execute strategies effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to be resilient and adaptable in all situations
  • Ability to work with and understand complex channels and distribution models
  • Strong understanding of fundamental financial concepts
  • Travel 50%-75% overnight travel
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Required
  • Valid driver's license & Bachelors' Degree Required
