Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients with substance use disorders
- Supervise and train AOD counselors to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Provide education and consultation to staff on trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- California licensure as an MFT, LCSW, or doctoral-level clinical psychologist
- 2+ years of experience in AOD treatment, including supervision and training
- Knowledge of substance abuse treatment programs and laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
