Job Summary

As a LVN Supervisor in our Dermatology Clinic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care services. You will supervise a team of clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with the Nursing Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and clinic operations.
  • Provide training and education to staff on clinical and administrative procedures, policies, and protocols.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of experience in a Dermatology/Dermatology Surgery clinic.
  • Graduation from an approved LVN program.
  • Demonstrated skills to effectively supervise patient care support staff. Strong knowledge of practice operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of patient support care clinical standards and care delivery, systems, external regulations, and internal policies.
  • Working knowledge of human resources management policies, with the ability to train, monitor, evaluate, and document human resources issues and performance, and to participate in decision-making on human resources matters.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year of experience as a Supervisor/Lead in a medical practice or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
